Within our premises we have the facilities to carry out a variety of manufacturing work. Our machining equipment includes:
- Two conventional lathes (Colchester Master and Colchester Mascot)
- One conventional milling machine (XYZ KRV 2000)
- Four CNC Lathes (Mazak Quick Turn 40 2-axis lathe, XYZ Proturn 410, Mazak Quick Turn 20 2-axis lathe and Mazak Slant Turn 50NR)
- Two 4-axis CNC milling machines (Hurco VMX 42 T and Mazak VCN 510C)
We also have a variety of different fabrication facilities including MIG welding, gas welding and cutting, conventional arc welding, and plasma cutting.
As well as this, we have loading and plant machinery to facilitate the heavier tasks we take on.
We supply our own power with two generators located within the premises.
