Testing Facilities Include Drilling Mud Mixing Service

Mud, mud, glorious mud! Our testing facilities are busy this week with the temporary addition of an HT400 pump from James Fisher Offshore.

We have 5 acres of outdoor space, allowing for projects of all sizes to be performed. We have a number of testing facilities onsite. Our flow loop has:
0-1500 gpm (5600lpm) flow capacity (depending on flow restrictions);
50psi max pressure (centrifugal pumps);
20bbl mix capacity (with tank mixer)
and sand slurry pumping capability.

Flow Loop Testing – Easily Adapted to Meet Client Requirements

We have a variety of testing facilities here onsite including the Flow Loop which is drilling mud compatible, has a circulation rate of up to 1,500gpm and twin centrifugal mud charge pumps, both of these have mixing capability.

Our Flow Loop can be easily adapted to suit the specific sizes or connections required by the client. The Flow Loop can be configured horizontally or vertically depending on the testing required.

We also have a choke on the Flow Loop which allows us to accurately control the flow rate and an inline flow meter which allows us to monitor the flowrate throughout testing.
